Vision

-Improve academic Performance, Social Growth, and Development of all students. Improve curriculum, program services to provide increased academic rigor for all students.

-Develop and implement an open budget and review process that provides analysis of benefits of budget linked to strategic plan. Improve, stabilize and equalize funding for ISD 656.

-Design and implement a short and long term facility review and capital improvement plan.

-Create and implement a human resource system that attracts, retains, and develops high quality professional and classified staff who demonstrate ongoing commitment to learning and the districts mission, vision and values.

-Enhance communications and interactions with all stakeholders in the Faribault School Community.
