Community Transition Interagency Committee

What is CTIC?

CTIC stands for Community Transition Interagency Committee. CTIC's were organized to assist students with disabilities by helping to provide a smoother transition from high school to the adult world. The focus is on students ages 14-22 and their families. The committee consists of parents, students and staff from Faribault and Northfield school districts, and members from service agencies in and serving Rice County.
