FOCUS (Faribault Off Campus Utilizing Skills)
A Collaboration of Northfield and Faribault School Districts & Rice County Social Services
Program Description
FOCUS is a level four program for special needs students serving both the Northfield and the Faribault School District located in Faribault, MN. It is an evolution of the former Off Campus Program. Focus serves special needs students in grades 5-12. Academics are modified to meet the individual needs of each learner. Behavioral and social skills are integrated in a highly structured daily schedule. FOCUS accepts each student where they are and supports them to reach their full potential. The program works in partnership with parents, educators, social services, probation and other professionals to serve special needs students.

• facilitate reintegration to a less restrictive learning environment
Belief Statement
