Registration Information

Billing

Bills will be put in folders every two weeks. Payment in full for bills will then be due 5 days after the date of the invoice or the $5.00 late fee will be assessed on each bill. Kids World reserves the right to regretfully discontinue care if bills are not paid in full by the due date. Bills will be placed in your children’s folder at each site. You are responsible for stopping and getting your bill, even if your child isn’t attending Kids World. We welcome prepayments! You are now able to also access your account on-line and pay your nill on-line.

Calendars

We allow you very flexible care options. In return you must turn in a calendar for care 2 weeks prior to the date care is needed. Otherwise, the $1.00 per hour drop in fee will be applied. If your child absent and you haven’t notified Kids World you will be charged a $5.00 no show fee/finders fee. Parents fill out calendars, turn them in and then they receive a copy.

Registration Fee

You are required to pay the non-refundable registration fee for the school year program even if you paid a registration fee for the summer program. Returning families will pay the $20 registration fee and new families will pay the $25 registration fee.

Registration Is Complete When the Following Items Are Completed and Turned In To The Kids World Office:

• School Year 2012-2013 Service Contract
• Emergency Form
• Registration Fee: New Family $25.00 Returning Family $20.00
• $50.00 Deposit
• Attendance Calendar for school year

Children may not attend Kids World until Registration is complete!
