School Age Care

Hours

Before school: 6:30 a.m.—8:00 a.m.
After school: 2:55 p.m.—6:00 p.m.
Full days: 6:30 a.m. — 6:00 p.m. at Roosevelt
Early Releases: 1:00 p.m. — 6:00 p.m.
Snow days: Early Releases available at each site. Late starts and full days we are closed.

We are open every school day, all non-school days except those listed on the calendar, and early releases and for the summer.

Kids World will focus on the following goals for your child:

• To develop new friendships and work together in cooperative group situations.
• To gain respect for themselves, others and property.
• To develop self-confidence.
• To provide a safe, caring, trusting and relaxed environment conducive to fun and adventure.
• To provide trained caring and respectful staff who understand the importance of a stable setting that meets the developmental needs of school age children.

Kids World offers a variety of activities in both group and individual situations. Some activities include arts and crafts, sports, creative and dramatic play, recreational skills, community exploration, reading, science, manipulative & construction toys, critical thinking skills, outdoor and special events.
