Yearly Staff Training Instructions to Complete

Insurance Committee

PURPOSE OF THE INSURANCE COMMITTEE:

The insurance committee is an advisory committee to the District Administration and the School Board. The committee reviews the operation of current insurance programs, studies and recommends changes in coverage and renewal rates, and reviews specifications prior to bid.

Your rols as a member of the insurance committee

Represent the members of your employee group by attending monthly Insurance Committee meetings
Communicate information regarding insurance to members of your employee group
Collect feedback from the members of your employee group and provide information to the committee
Inform the insurance committee of issues that may affect the work being done by the committee, in order for appropriate discussion to take place
Provide input to district decision makers regarding changes to insurance plans and rate changes

Thank you for your interest in becoming an On-Call Substitute Substitute Teacher for the Faribault Schools.

Application Process:

Once the online application is complete you will need to come to the District Office to complete some additional forms. You will need to bring the following items:

Social security card
Voided check or savings slip for direct deposit
Our hours are: 7:30am-4pm.

Rate of Pay: $200 per day or $40 per hour
