To enroll your children in Faribault Public Schools please complete the Online Registration Form.
Information required to complete the enrollment process (bring required documents to our District office or school offices during building hours);
- A valid email address. If you do not have an email address visit any of our school offices to enroll.
- Birth certificate or official certificate of age.
- Immunizations records.
- Last School Attended: name, address, telephone, and email or fax number if applicable OR student Records if you have them.
Families new to the district, with elementary-age children, can call the district to learn their school of attendance or view the school boundary map. We offer educational opportunities for learners of all ages.
Already have a child enrolled in our district? Access the link through your Campus Parent Portal to enroll additional children into our district.
